She was predeceased by: her siblings, Hartley Steyer (Alice) and Maurine Biegert (John). She is survived by: her spouse Richard (Rick) of Oakland; her son Ronald Eric; her husband Teams University; her sons, Richard (Catherine) of Portland, OR, Mark (Nancy) of Portland, OR, Sioux Falls of Portland, OR and Ron of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Marcel (Sherry), Dane, Bryan, Dustin (Laura), Aaron (Melisa) and Chelsey; her great grandchildren, Mikah, Kahmali, Isla, Charlotte and Matthew; her friends, Lucia Luond, Reinhard Jahns (Sally) and Hilary Kowino; and also, Wahlstrom of Oakland and Africa University. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR), Africa University Wahlstrom Scholarship, or the Richard and LaRayne Wahlstrom SDSU Scholarships.
