He was predeceased by: his wife Sally (Holm). He is survived by: his sons, Paul E. Hillner and Andrew C. Hillner; his daughter-in-law Gayle J. Hillner (Hinman); his sister Linda R. Gelpke (Richard B. Gelpke); and also Nancy E. Konicke. He is also survived by one nephew and three nieces.
