She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carlton Herrick and Minnie Roberts Hopkins Herrick; her daughters, Rhonda Brown (Paul Brown) and Lisa Skovlund (Russ Skovlund); her sons-in-law, Paul Brown and Russ Skovlund; her grandchildren, Nicholas Brown, Jordanna Skovlund and Makenzie Skovlund; her pets, Muffin, Annie and Paige; and her siblings, Roger Herrick (Nancy), Barbara Anderson (Alvin), Lauren, Maynard, Allen, Vince, Ronnie, Eddie, Marilyn and Sharon. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Skroch Funeral Chapel (409 E 2nd Ave, Flandreau, SD 57028). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Union Cemetery East Broad.
