It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Hallan of Brookings, South Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Evans and Alvina Evans (Littau). She is survived by: her husband Wayne Hallan; her sons, Scott Hallan (Selina) and Patrick Hallan (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Madilynn Hallan, Jonah Hallan, Shelby Hallan, Elias Hallan and Lainey Hallan; and her brother Pete Evans (Bridgette). She is also survived by her family and friends.
