He was predeceased by: his father John Brinkman (Mike); his uncles, Rob Hruska and Bobby Hruska; and his grandparents, LoVern Hruska and Lillie Hruska.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Brinkman; his children, Drew Brinkman, Hayle, Hayden and Hollie Gjertson; his mother Wanda Lee Dooley of Bruce, SD; and his sisters, Jamie Brinkman of Ruthton, MN and Wendy Brinkman of Sioux Falls, SD. He is also survived by his aunts, in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
