With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim C. Martin of Brookings, South Dakota, born in Monroe, Louisiana, who passed away on July 28, 2022 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norm Martin and Marjorie Martin; and his grandson Gavin Overby. He is survived by: his daughter Ann (Ryan Overby) of Brookings, SD; his wife Reyna Riedesel; his grandchildren, Alaina and Aleah; his son Trace; and his grandchildren, Blair and Hank of Bloomington, MN.
Memorials can be directed to First United Methodist Church in Brookings, South Dakota State University Foundation to go toward the Rodeo Team or the Reece Ullerich Medical Fund, C/O Great Western Bank in Hartford, SD.
