It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Sweeney (Brookings, South Dakota), born in Lake Preston, South Dakota, who passed away on October 19, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jerome Sweeney; his sister Denise; his nephew Nikolos Gonzalez; his uncle Martin Jepson; and his aunt Nancy Jepson.
He is survived by: his mother Shirley Sweeney (Jepson); and his siblings, Lisa Homann (Bruce) of New Braunfels, TX, Michael Sweeney (Melissa) of Albuquerque, NM and Jeff Sweeney (Priscilla) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
