He was predeceased by: his parents, Claus William and Vera Irene Saathoff (Wattawa); his wife Vivian Loretta Bauman; his grandmother Loretta Bauman; his sister Janet Toering; and his great grandchild Marcus Christensen.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas of Whitewood, SD and Sheryl (Russel Christensen); his grandsons, Cody (April Saathoff) and Mattlock (Amy Christensen); his great grandchildren, Morgan, Alaina and Mya; his granddaughter Katelyn Young; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Rylee; and his sisters, Delores Begalka of Watertown, Myrtle Harvey of White, SD and Mabel Popham of Milbank, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
