He is survived by: his wife Lou Permann of Brookings; his children, Randy Shelley of Atlanta, GA and Jane DeBoer (Joel) of Brookings; his grandchildren, Sarah (Mosheh) of Spring, TX, Jeff (Mindy) of Brookings and Jason (Mandy) of Brookings; and his great grandchildren, Joaquin of Spring, TX and Molly of Brookings.
