He is survived by: his wife Shirley Wieber of Brookings, SD; his daughters, Dawn Vaughn of Flandreau, SD and Debbie Schulte of Rutland, SD; his siblings, David Holter (Diane) of Bruce, SD, Lloyd Holter (Becky) of Volga, SD and Mary Ann Williams (Dale) of Estelline, SD; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Bauman of Bruce, SD, Deanna Bullis (Duane) of Watertown, SD and Donna Heldt of Fremont, NE. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, his nieces and nephews.
