She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Benson and Gladys Benson; and her husband Warren Williamson. She is survived by: her children, Jeannie Trudell (Scott) of Henderson, NV and Tom Williamson (Tracey); her grandchildren, Wade Williamson (Carla), Casey Williamson (Bailey) and Jessica Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Lucy, Wyatt, Warren and Livingston (Liv); and her brother Ross Benson (Shirley).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eidsness Funeral Home (1617 Orchard Dr, Brookings, SD 57006). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A procession was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at the Greenwood Cemetery (507 Main Ave S, Brookings, SD 57006).
The family suggests memorial donations to either First Presbyterian Church in Brookings or the Warren Williamson Scholarship Fund at SDSU.
