He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Iverson and Viola Iverson (Gebhart); and his brothers, George and Gary. He is survived by: his children, Doug Iverson (Terri), Kari Jo York (Kelly), Tony Iverson (Rebecca) and Tonya Clutts (Bryce); and his siblings, Colleen Cox, Connie Jones, Sr., Janice Iverson (Mary), Bill, Jim, John and Rich. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
