He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Davis and Kevin Lazenby; his sister Deborah Sanders Evanyk (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Randee Nicole "Nikki" Shaw, Dr. Taylor Bethany Shaw, Garrett Chandler Shaw and Braedyn Cory Scott Evanyk; his fiancée Jeanette Baune; his fiancée's children, Nicholas Baune (Tanya) of Robert, RJ and Christina "Chrissy" Bloemendal (Eric); his grandchildren, Melody Goltz, Rylley, James, Siah Baune, Anneliese and Willem Bloemendal; and his great grandchildren, Elliot, Lucian Goltz, Chance and Emberly Johnson.
He would be proud to know that instead of flowers, you donated to a local animal shelter in his name.
