She was predeceased by: her parents, Wagner Johnston and Dorothy Johnston of Milwaukee, WI.; her brother Dexter Johnston; her former husbands, Luke Ganje of Sioux Falls, SD and Loren Moore of DeSmet, SD; and her stepdaughter Jackie Moore.
She is survived by: her spouse Wendel Anderson of Sioux City, IA; her children, Laurie Anderson (Steve) of Estelline, SD, Sue Ganje of Hot Springs, SD, Kevin Ganje (Denice) of Sioux Falls, SD and Cara Ganje of Brookings, SD; her stepson Jim Ganje (Yvette) of Bismark, ND; and her close friends, Sue and Nancy Varick of Hot Springs, SD..
