He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo A Garvin and Bernice F Garvin (Ebbers); and his sisters, Marchita Garvin (Stark) of Mesa, Arizona. and Leah L. Garvin of Mesa, Arizona.. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary T. Heilman; and his brother Paul A. Garvin of Brookings.
