He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Craig; his children, Michael John (Mathias-Philippe), Amy Elizabeth (Kelly) and Brookings; his niece Patricia Hartlaub (Jerry); his nephew James (Sandy); his sister-in-law Patti Kondziolka; and also, Jackie Sedivy Telkamp, John Kirk, Mason Kirk and Jade Telkamp. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
