He was predeceased by: his parents, Willihlem Strom and Dora Strom (Bakke); and his siblings, Orland, Wayne, Ardelle and Delores.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Strom of Brookings; and his sons, David Strom (Pricilla) of Brookings, Marvin Strom (Phyllis) of Rapid City, Larry Strom (Valerie) of San Antonio, TX and Richard Strom (Kristi) of White. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.
