He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Lommen and Helena Lommen (Berg); his son Kurth; and his siblings, Jean Gibbons (Robert), Robert Lommen and Richard Lommen (Donna).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy of Brookings, SD; his children, Beth Holm (Bruce) of Elkton, SD, Scott Lommen of Brooklyn Park, MN, Jean Herauf (Don) of Dickinson and Kristi Houska (Gary) of Grand Forks; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Lommen. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces, and nephews.
