She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Peter Hanten and Elsie Hanten (Messer); her child Lou Ann Smith (Larry) of San Jose, CA; her grandsons, Jason and Mathew; her son Ken Puetz (Jill) of Salina, KS; her grandchildren, Nick, Josh and Hannah; her stepchildren, Mark, Maggie Matteson and Ron Puetz (Amy) of Volga, SD; her stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Noah and Parker; her sisters-in-law, Devonia Oster and Delores Puetz; and her husband Clyde Puetz.
