He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Eikamp and Bertha Eikamp (Gutzman); his son Leonard Jr.; his wife Myrtle Leora Severson; and his siblings, Delores, Maynard and Fred.
He is survived by: his daughter Judith Bergeland (Minneapolis); his daughter-in-law Melinda Eikamp (Butch); his grandchildren, John Bergeland (Jamie) of Hugo, MN., Christine Doeden (Troy) of Beresford, SD, Heather VanWell (Darin), Jill McCorkle (Paul) of Olathe, KA, Jason Bergeland (Nicole) of Ramsey, MN, Sophie, Oliver, Grace, Audrey Doeden, Andrew, Jack, Kaitlyn, Jakob, Derek Bergeland, Jorden Hale, Attisen McCorkle, Austin, Logan and Dayton VanWell; and his sister-in-law Helen Eikamp (Fred) of Britton.
