He is survived by: his wife Judi Churetta of Lake City; his children, Britiny Schultz of Webster, SD, Cody Schultz (Laura Kronbach) of Lake City, Nathan Schultz (Natasha) of Lake City and Jaden Schultz of Lake City; his grandsons, Nolan and Miles Schultz; and his sisters, Sandra Aasen (Mike) and Karen Santos (Mike).
