Betty L. North Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2024, at the age of 88, Betty L. North of Britton, South Dakota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty L. North to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Christianson and Bessie Christianson (Schwartz); her husband Leon North; her stepdaughter Gayla North; her stepgrandson John Sonne; and her daughter-in-law Nadeen Stransky.
She is survived by: her sons, Raymond, Jr. of Sioux Falls, SD, Louis Stransky (Pam) of Mitchell, Fred (Carol) of Loomis and Burt (Sheryle Horsely) of Mitchell; her grandchildren, Daniel, Tyrone, Stephanie, Staci and Brooke; and her stepgranddaughters, Wanda and Samantha Jo. She is also survived by her numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Olson Funeral Chapel (754 5th St, Britton, SD 57430). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Marlin's Cafe.
