He is survived by: his stepsons, Norman May (Hannelore) and Philip May; his daughters, Roxanne Smith and Doris Hefner; his grandchildren, Josh Birmingham (Abby) of Ohio, Stephanie Campbell (Michael) of Texas, Crystal Lead (Jared) of Avoca, NY and Dalton Hefner of Florida; and his great grandchildren, Emma Abbott, Jonny, Nolan Birmingham and Ashton Campbell.
