She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gossel and Sophie Gossel (Marken); her husband Vernon Heiter; her children, Barbara Ann, Vernon Jr. and Ronald; her siblings, Herb, Lester Gossel (Ella) and Betty Shaheen (Dick); her parents-in-law, Joe and Ida Heiter; and her brother-in-law Bill Heiter (Norma).
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Heiter of Emery, SD and Linda Bassett of Emery, SD; her daughter-in-law Tami Heiter of Freeman, SD; her grandchildren, Cody Bassett, Adrien Heiter (Kellie) and Laura Reynolds (Russell Covey); and her great grandchildren, Asher, Austin, Skyler and Kayleigh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
