He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Letcher and Henrietta Letcher (Tammen); his spouse Deloris Jean Koch; his brothers, Lyle and Myron; and his siblings-in-law, Herb Webb, Dave Weaver and Myra Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Terri Shape (Jamie) of Bridgewater, Tony Letcher (Eli Mae) of Epiphany, Angie Sizer (Cris) of Bridgewater, Todd Letcher (Jill) of Bridgewater and April Mosley (Chad) of Sioux Falls; his sister Eileen Radel (Kenny) of Sioux Falls; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Letcher of Kearney, NE, Norma Letcher of Freeman and Lenora Webb of Lucasville, OH..
