With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene H. Peterson of Brandt, South Dakota, who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Peterson and Bessie Peterson; and his siblings, Kenneth Peterson, Betty Brown (Dean) and Mildred Brown (Gene).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Carol Konold; his children, Ricky, Sandra, Darin (Angie), Rick (Becky), Sandy Weber (Dennis), Mike (Kim), Rita Schulz (Joe Shaw) and Lisa Bren (Richard); his grandchildren, Ashley Kracke, Tyson Peterson, Amy Roesner (Wade), Ryan Weber (Joni), Brooke Linneman (Kyle), Dustin Schulz (Christine), Nathan Schulz (Trish), Chelsea Schulz (Eric), Austin Bren, Amber Medlin (Josh), Logan Peterson and Jacob Peterson (Tasia); his stepgrandchildren, Stacie Telgren, Valerie DeBough, Gerry, Eric Shaw and Gage Thomas (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Sutton, Berkley Kracke, Madison, Brayden, Nevaeh Roesner, Jordis Weber, Isabelle, Emma Linneman, Nova, Ellie Schulz, Andrew, Isaac and Elisabeth Medlin.
The family requests all memorials go to the Brandt Highland Lutheran Church.
