It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry McPhillips of Brandon, South Dakota, born in Newman Grove, Nebraska, who passed away on January 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph McPhillips and Phyllis McPhillips (Kosch); his nephew Matthew McPhillips; and his brother-in-law David Preister. He is survived by: his sons, Corey McPhillips (Keli) of Grandview, KS, Nathan McPhillips (Meghan) of Crofton, NE and Lincoln McPhillips of Lincoln, NE; his siblings, Carroll McPhillips (Linda) of Columbus, NE, Joyce Heimer (Dennis) of Richland, NE, Jackie Olsen of Columbus, NE, Gerry McPhillips (Deb) of Lindsay, NE, Ron McPhillips (Barb) of York, NE and Gene McPhillips (Maureen) of Humphrey, NE; and his godsons, Noah McPhillips and Marc McPhillips. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that face masks and social distancing be used for the funeral.
