He is survived by: his children, Craig Haas of Davenport, IA, Robin Brandhagen (Doug) and Nancy Lind; his son-in-law Steven Sharpe; and his grandchildren, Lisa McGuire (Mark), Patrick Brandhagen (Brooke), Cory Brandhagen, Jon Laughlin (Debra), Jason Krueger (Cassie), Amy Meyers (Travis), Ian Haas (Nicky), Hannah Haas and Aeri Miller.
The family requests memorials are made to the Marine Corp League or the Wounded Warrior program in lieu of flowers.
