It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Christian Knoebel of Brandon, South Dakota, born in Erie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 24, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Joseph Brown; his parents, Charles Knoebel and Patricia Knoebel; and his brother Robert Knoebel. He is survived by: his wife Barb Knoebel; his children, Kelli Stammer (Ben), DeAnn Hutchinson (Frank), Anthony Brown, Christine Borkowski (Drew), Winnafred Senkle and Amanda Brown; his brother David Knoebel (Amy); his sister-in-law Laura Knoebel; and his pets, Harley, Neeka and Kona.
