She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Hoffman and Helen Hoffman (Leonard) of Grand Junction, IA; and her brothers, Mike and Rex Hoffman of Grand Junction, IA.. She is survived by: her husband Shannon; her children, Randy Mack (Seema) of Chicago, IL and Cassie Fehlen (Matt) of Minneapolis, MN; her granddaughters, Sloane and Reese Mack of Chicago, IL; and her siblings, Gary Hoffman (Susan) of Jefferson, IA, DeAnn Scharingson (Mike) of Grand Junction, IA, Marty Hoffman (Linda) of Grand Junction, IA, Denise Gannon (Hugh) of Grand Junction, IA, Marc Hoffman (Jacque) of Grand Junction, IA and Tracy Brelsford (Todd) of Ogden, IA..

Masks are required and social distancing will be followed.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be directed to the Avera Prairie Center for cancer patients in Rhonda's memory.
