She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilhelm Ode and Claudina Ode; her husband Wayne Watson; her daughter Anne; and her brothers, Bob (Marilyn) and Lee Ode (Ihla).
She is survived by: her children, Paul Watson of Land O'Lakes, FL, Mary Watson (Dan Rath) of Canton, SD and Barb Kjose (Mitch) of Sioux Falls, SD.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Scarcella of Wethersfield, CT, Natalie Friedmann (Michael) of Land O' Lakes, FL, Collin Kjose (Megan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Caleb Kjose of Denver, CO, Kristin Rath (Kendall Monasmith) of Spearfish, SD, Joseph Rath of Oklahoma City, OK, Isaac Rath of Sioux Falls, SD, Sarah Rath of Brandon, SD, Nduru of Sioux Falls, SD and Luisa Billa; her great grandchildren, McKenna, Blakely Friedmann, Hadley and Griffin Kjose; and her brother-in-law Don Watson (Vickie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Brandon Lutheran Church (600 E Holly Blvd, Brandon, SD 57005). A memorial service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
