Though Merlin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Merlin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Beermann and Norma Beermann (Appeldorn); and his wife Jennie DeRoon. He is survived by: his children, Deb Beermann and David Beermann (Shana); his grandson Zack Beermann; and his brothers, Ronald Beermann (Betty) and Henry Andersen. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the First Reformed Church (1101 7th St, Sheldon, IA 51201). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
