He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Mattke and Betty Mattke; and his pet Daisy. He is survived by: his former wife Gaye; his daughter Taylor (Joe Funke); his wife Peggy; his granddaughters, Emery and Ada of Rowena, SD; and his sisters, Deb (Steve Wise) of Helena, MT and Barb (Tim Koehn) of Aurora, CO.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church (5500 E 57th St, Sioux Falls, SD 57110). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
