She was predeceased by: her husband Dan Murphy; her parents, John Kerslake and Vivenne Kerslake (Munson); her grandparents, Ed, Jenny Munson, William and Rose Parent; her sister-in-law Gayle Kerslake; and her nephew Andrew Kerslake.

She is survived by: her son Matthew Murphy; her brother Wayne Kerslake; her sister-in-law Patty Hollenbeck; her nieces and nephews, Shawn Hollenbeck (Mardee), Jay Hollenbeck (Jody), Christopher Kerslake (Jessica) and Katie Abernethy (Andy); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandi McDowell (Ethan), Jaydn Kirwan (JD), Blaire Hollenbeck, Aluxyn Hollenbeck, Anna Abernethy, Elise Kerslake, Bethany Abernethy, Sammy Kerslake and Ollie Abernethy.
