He is survived by: his wife Verlyn of Brandon; and his children, Steve (Ann), Diane Howe (Larry), Sioux Falls, Kris Anderson (Mark), Colton and Jeff (Twyla). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
