He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Decker and Laura Decker (Kohlhoff); his wife Johanna "Joyce"; and his brother William. He is survived by: his daughter Gloria Smyrak (Larry) of Sioux Falls; his grandchildren, Joe Smyrak, Jeff Smyrak and Lauren Peterson (Cory); his sons, Larry Decker (Deb) of Sioux Falls and James Decker (Celeste) of DeSoto, KS; his grandchildren, Ashley Decker, Jay Decker (Kirsten) and Matt Decker (Marissa); and also, Carter Peterson, Max Peterson, Thomas Decker-Siripalaka and Theodore Peterson.
