He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Keithley and Hazel Keithley (Armstrong); and his brother Darrel Keithley. He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Reid; his wife Pam Keithley of Brandon, SD; his children, David Keithley (Marcy) of Mankato, MN and Sherri Fisher (Jeff) of Lakeville, MN; his grandchildren, MacKenzie Keithley, Savannah Keithley, Bailey Fisher and Chloe Fisher; his great grandchild Scarlett Wolff; and his sister Shirley Ledbetter of Bossier City, LA. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
