She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Summers and Charlotte Summers (Warner); her husband Raymond Blackburn; her siblings, Charles, Darwin Summers and Lorraine Diroff; and her stepsisters, Coral Straega and Florence Castle.

She is survived by: her son Curtis Blackburn (Marilyn) of Brandon, SD; her grandchildren, Amy and Tim; her son Randy Blackburn (Debbie) of San Antonio, TX; her grandchildren, Brad (Gen), Corey (Jasmin), Kari Prichard (Steven) and Brian (Rosa); her son Kim Blackburn (Audrey) of Sioux Falls, SD; her grandchildren, Daniel (Catherine), Jeremy and Melissa Sorensen (Nick); her son Clinton Blackburn of Brandon, SD; her granddaughters, Rebecca, Katie and Elizabeth; her great grandchildren, Daunte, DeAndre, Matthew, Garon, Corbin, Dawson, Landon and Destiny; and her sister Donna Clustka of Reno, NV.
