She was predeceased by: her husband Dwight. She is survived by: her spouse DeWight "Buzz" Puetz; and her children, Michael Puetz (Phyllis), Linda Cornacchio, Gary Puetz and Laurie Ross (Brian). She is also survived by her children; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren (with 2 more on the way); 3 brothers, and 1 sister.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Rapid City Regional Hospital Hospice House.
