She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Williams and Alpha Williams (Lunn); and her brother Max Williams. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Pepper; her sons, Michael Baldwin (Mary) and Timothy Baldwin (Mary Beth); and her grandchildren, Lisa Baldwin, John Baldwin, Timmi Bubac (Mark), Lindsay Anderson (Jared), Paul Baldwin (Bailee), Jesse Baldwin and Alec Baldwin. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (401 McKinley St, Bonesteel, SD 57317). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Rosebud Cemetery.
