He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Bailey and Tracy Bailey (Janousek); and his siblings, Mary Ballard, Judy Nolan, Dorothy Ferguson, Nola Nolan, Elizabeth Hoffman, Marvin and Rich Bailey.

He is survived by: his wife Harriet Rasmussen; his children, Jennifer Bailey, Melissa Witkop (Randy) and Christopher Bailey (Karla); and his in-laws, Harry, Helen Rasmussen, Shirley Kruse and Sharon Koberstein.
