With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lauren Ann Bourk (Blunt, South Dakota), born in Miller, South Dakota, who passed away on July 12, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Stephenson and Hazel Stephenson of Highmore, SD.; her sister Janice Hamlin of Billings, MT; and her niece Laura Hamlin of Billings, MT.. She is survived by: her husband Mike Bourk of Blunt, SD; her children, Audrey Lewis (Milton) of Newport, NE, Lehla Pietz (Justin) of Watertown, SD and Travis Smith (Natasha) of Harrold, SD; her grandchildren, Harlayna Cushman (Ben) of Sioux Falls, SD, Spencer Lucas of Pierre, SD, Christopher Lucas of Newport, NE, Trevor, Jesse Pietz of Watertown, SD, Jessica Hill (Ethan) of Brookings, SD, Stuart, Ethan, Zoe and Hannah Smith of Harrold, SD; her great grandchildren, Alayna, Harper, Harmony and Brayson Cushman of Sioux Falls, SD; her stepchildren, Audra Bourk of Langdon, ND and Jess Bourk (Sonia) of Highmore, SD; and her siblings, Bob Stephenson (Nadine) of Highmore, SD and Mary Pavlis (Gary) of Elletsville, IN. She is also survived by three nieces and five nephews.
