It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl LaVerne Fanger of Blunt, South Dakota, who passed away on November 17, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fanger and Josephine Fanger; his sisters, Mary Lou Demmon and Lois Alumbaugh; and his daughter Josephine (Josey).
He is survived by: his sons, George (Janet), Earl (Jaylene) and Joe (Jennifer); his wife Mary; his grandchildren, Amanda Fanger, Alexis Timmons (Dan), Amelia Gaines, George E. Fanger, Geremiah Fanger, Bridgette Loesch (Wyatt), Brianna Fanger (Timothy Todd), Earl Fanger Jr., Joe Duane Fanger Jr. and Jordyn Fanger; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Fanger, Danika Timmons, Dalila, Dayna Timmons and Jamason Gaines; and his siblings, Avis Demmon and Joseph Fanger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
