He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Loreeta Baker; and his children, Dale Pepper (Judi) of Black Hawk, SD and Dana Wolff (Mark) of Sioux Falls, SD. He was also cherished by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
