Clifford Christensen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2021, at the age of 96, Clifford Christensen of Big Stone City, South Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Christensen and Anna Christensen (Anderson); his wife Ileen Wirkus; his sister Bertha Alyea; his brothers-in-law, Merlin Wirkus, Frank Zeek and James Alyea; and his nephew Eric Alyea.
He is survived by: his children, Roger Christensen (Tammy), Linda Asher (Troy) of Coldwell, ID and Janel Andrews (Paul) of Jerome, ID; his grandchildren, Emma Christensen, Andrew Christensen (Tracie), Matthew Christensen, Zach Asher, Larimie Asher, Timbrie Asher, Lukas Andrews, Logan Andrews and Layne Andrews; and his sister Clara Zeek. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
While maintaining social distancing guidelines, we are now able to gather for visitations and services. The use of face masks by attendees is recommended, and we will continue taking the necessary steps to keep our facility clean.
