With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Ellis of Beresford, South Dakota, who passed away on December 5, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Boyd Knudson; and her parents-in-law, Kennard and LuVerne Ellis. She is survived by: her mother Loreen Knudson (Olsen); her sons, Brad Preheim (Kim), Bryan Preheim, Kevin Ellis (Becky), Corey and Brady Ellis; her stepchildren, Keith Ellis (Janine) and Melissa Friedman (David); her close friends, Dave and Dianna Ness; her granddaughter Kylie; her sister Sharon Johnson; her nephew Lance Buseman; and her brother-in-law Roger Knutson. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
