She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fredrick and Viola M. Hansen (Marshall); her husband Harlen Harvey Sorensen; and her siblings, Isabell Wevik, Bud and George Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry, Joyce Hansen of Beresford, Helen Sorensen of Beresford, Bill, Judy Sorensen of Beresford, Jim Sorensen of Lennox and Susie Sorensen of Beresford. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grand-children.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wass Funeral Home (301 N 3rd St, Beresford, SD 57004). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
