She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Charles Smith; her children, Shane Brandt (Denny) of Sioux Falls, Michelle West-Nelson (Kim) of Sioux Falls, Stephanie West-Tex (Ken), Valerie Svendsen (Randy), Kyle Sneve (David), Jay West (Susie), Tallie West, Sioux Falls and Kitty West-McCallion (Mike); her sister Marjorie Tapken; her sisters-in-law, Tammy Smith of Yankton, SD and Mary Beth Haley; her husband Richard; her granddaughter Angel; and her brother Jack. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren.
