He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Weichert (Haines) and Bill Weichert; his parents-in-law, Anton and Hattie Hardyk; and his sister-in-law Honour Weichert.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Hardyk of Belle Fourche, SD; his children, Paul Weichert of Sioux Falls, SD, Darlene Rolf (Paul) of McIntosh, MN and Linda Kilness (Robin); his grandchildren, Daniel Rolf (Kayla) of Bagley, Joshua Rolf of Bagley, Hanna Rolf of McIntosh, Philip Kilness of Marcus, SD, Diane Cadwell (Mac) of Marcus, SD, Jene Harrison (Dalton) of Marcus, SD, Robin Linn Kilness of Marcus, SD, Billie Jo Kilness of Marcus, SD, Kensley Rolf, Lorrain Harrison and Baby Harrison; and his brother Wendell Weichert of Rapid City, SD. He is also survived by nephew, and numerous cousins and close friends.
