He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Tobin and Mable Tobin (Clute); his wife Claudette Marie Whaley; his grandson Jimmy; his daughter Patty Tobin; and his siblings, Marie Crawford, Shirley Hinckley, Genevieve Heffron, Lois Tobin, Vern Tobin and Dennis Tobin.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy (Debbie) of Damascus Oregon; and his brothers, Perry (Cathy) of Belle Fourche and Bruce (Connie) of Belle Fourche. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leverington Funeral Home of the Northern Hills (715 National St, Belle Fourche, SD 57717). A burial will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Black Hills National Cemetery (20901 Pleasant Valley Dr, Sturgis, SD 57785).
